The Department of State Development has funded a $3.8m expansion of TAFE SA’s Adelaide College of the Arts, positioning it as a leading centre for performing, visual arts, design and creative industries in Australia.
Music and creative industries programs have been relocated from TAFE SA’s Salisbury and Tea Tree Gully campuses to the Adelaide College of the Arts campus. The expansion enhances the delivery of arts and design training, and facilitates collaborative opportunities for students, staff and industry.
Building works were completed in September with the remodelled centre now catering for more than 1,400 students per year.
